One of the most famous destinations in Cuba is Vinales Valley, a couple of hours east of the capital, Havana.
Since my first visit to Cuba in 2019, I have traveled to Vinales about once a year. I love the slow and laid-back atmosphere here every time I visit. If you travel in central and western Cuba, you don’t want to miss this picturesque little town.
You can travel to Vinales from Havana for the day, but it might be a good idea to stay a night or two in one of the charming Vinales casa particulares so you have time to explore the valley.
8 Top-Rated Vinales Valley Casa Particulares
A casa particular is a Cuban holiday home, a privately owned place rented out by a Cuban family. You find them all across Cuba, and you can rent just a room, or an entire apartment, or even a house.
If you have decided to stay at least one night in Vinales, here are my best 8 picks for top-rated Vinales casa particulares (in no particular order) that former travelers have rated top-notch 10 out of 10 points.
